Dr. Wang is a postdoctoral scholar in the School of Engineering Design and Innovation at Penn State. Her research focuses on interdisciplinary approaches to address critical challenges in civil engineering, including sustainability and climate change. She earned her Ph.D. from Brigham Young University (BYU), where her dissertation explored sustainability in the built environment. Wang also holds a master's degree in public administration from BYU and a master's in environmental engineering from the University of Aberdeen. Before pursuing her doctoral degree, she gained several years of experience in carbon accounting within the energy sector.
