Davis is a PhD candidate at the University of Connecticut, Department of Natural Resources and the Environment and is a Jorgensen Fellow. He graduated with a MS from the University of Oklahoma where he examined water utility responses to extremes. Since joining the Kirchhoff Lab, he co-authored two papers on drinking water resilience (one published and one nearing submission) and is leading work to understand whether or not and how farmer participation in collaborative governance improves (or not) water quality outcomes. His dissertation research focuses on the governance and management of transboundary ground water.
